SyncroSfera needed to unify customer data from multiple business units (Sfera Hotel, SyncroLab, Clinic, Balcón de la Sella) into a functional CRM structure — to enhance retention, reactivate dormant clients, and boost customer lifetime value.

Implemented Bitrix24 CRM with integrations from Mews, Virtuagym FlyBy, Nubimed and Easy Table — including data mapping, segmentation, Customer 360 logic, and lifecycle automation across email, WhatsApp and SMS.
